Journalism Broadcast, Print and Photo. This strand will consist of a three-credit block for language arts (English) emphasizing writing for print media, photography, emphasizing photo journalism and electronic media, which will continue to produce Kalaheo's Morning News. This block contains one required course (English) and two elective courses. The skill set and career pathways for this strand would be toward print media, local papers and magazines, and local broadcast media, radio and television stations.
